1. Do I need to create an account to buy something online?
No, you can check-out your order as a guest, but if you plan to buy regularly from the NISHK LONDON website, saving your details after you have placed your order would be a much convenient checkout process when you buy from us later.Â
2. Where does the NISHK London deliver to?
We currently ship to all the addresses within the United Kingdom.
3. How will my jewellery be packed?
All orders will be packed in our recyclable boxes which can be used to store your jewellery and protect it from getting tarnished.Â
4. Why is all the NISHK jewellery hallmarked?
We stamp all our jewellery to indicate its immaculateness and ensure that the metal used is of high-quality.
All our silver jewellery has millesimal fineness of 925 (92.5% pure silver) which indicates purity of the metal.
5. How can I return Earrings?
We are really sorry, due to sanitary reasons there are no returns or exchanges on earrings unless received faulty.
6. How long will it take for the return to be credited in my account?
Returns can take up to 7 working days. All returns will be credited to the original payment method.Â
7. How can I track my parcel?
All our deliveries are made via Royal Mail. Please log on to Royal Mail to track your order once it is shipped.Â
8. What payment method do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods.
9. What does NISHK do to be sustainable?
We try to not use any sort of plastic which endangers the environment, we have been working on a motto where we use recycled silver to make our jewellery.Â
