Returns

 

We hope that you love our sustainable products, but for some reason if you are not satisfied with our products we have made returns easier for you.

If you change your mind simply return your order to us within 30 days on full price items and 14 days on sale items of receiving your delivery, we will be happy to accept it and issue a refund. 

However to be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and should be returned in the  original packaging. We are sorry but we do not accept jewellery if the seal is not intact for hygiene reasons. 

Please obtain your purchase proof while returning your items. We highly recommend that you use Royal Mail delivery (signed and insured) or any other special insured courier service of your choice.

Refund will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of the returned goods. Refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. Please note we will not be able to refund shipping cost.

To return your product, you should mail your product to 37 Farnsworth Court, London, United Kingdom, SE10 0QG. 


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, please preserve your return slip enclosed in your parcel. Returns will be accepted by us up to 30 days after receiving your delivery. We will notify you once we receive the product  and the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
